Your Privacy
We collect what you type into our estimate form and nothing else. We never sell it. Here is the whole story in plain English.
What we collect
When you fill out our estimate form, you give us:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you add one
- The project address, if you add one
- What kind of work you are interested in, and your description of it
- Your rough timeframe
- How you heard about us
- Any photos or video you attach
That is the list. We ask for all of it because it is what we need to call you back and show up at the right house with the right idea of the job.

The photos you send us
We use what you give us to:
- Call or email you back about your project
- Come look at the work and write your estimate
- Do the job, if you hire us
- Keep a record of work we have done for you, which helps if you call us again in three years about the same porch
We send seasonal tips and reminders by email only to people who ticked the box on the estimate form asking for them. If you left it unticked, you will hear from us about your project and nothing else. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works.
Who else sees it
A few companies handle your information because they run the machinery our business sits on:
- The company that hosts our website
- Google, which runs our email
- Constant Contact, which sends our seasonal tips, if you asked for them
- Our bookkeeping software, if you become a customer and we invoice you
They hold it so they can provide their service to us. They do not get to use it for their own purposes.
We also hand information to a subcontractor when one is doing part of your job, and only the part they need to do the work. Our employees see what they need to see to show up and do it right.
Beyond that, nobody. We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. There is no list you have been added to.
Tracking and cookies
Our website does not track you. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers, and our site does not put a cookie on your device when you visit. That is why you have not seen a cookie pop-up here.
Our web host keeps standard server records of visits, the same as every website, which include the internet address your visit came from. We do not look at them unless something breaks.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as we are working together, and for seven years after, which is what our accountant and the Commonwealth expect of a licensed contractor.
If you asked for an estimate and never hired us, and you would rather we did not hold your information, say so and we will delete it.
Asking us to change or delete something
Email donna@cabralcarpentrypainting.com or call (857) 719-6665 and tell us what you want. You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to fix something that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. We will do it, and we will not ask you why.
The only things we keep after a deletion request are records we are required to keep, like a signed contract or an invoice.
Children
Our website is meant for adults hiring a contractor. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this page changes
We will update the date at the bottom. If we ever change something that matters, like starting to use analytics or sending marketing email, we will say so here in plain language rather than burying it.
